Life is Like a Roller Coaster

Your traveling from a small, crowded, dark place into an unknown space of light, receiving warmth, while being held by big moving creatures as you cry endlessly. Your mind starts to wonder……”Where am I? What do I do now? I’m scared! No one told me there would be days like these.” As your receiving hugs and kisses by these “people”, you start to feel more comfortable. Feelings of love and happiness flow through your body. You are excited your journey has begun, as you continue to take in more knowledge. Anyone know what “mama” means? Well, good-bye for now!

Do you ever wonder about the meaning of life, and in particular your life?  I mean you have to agree that birth has to be the first major hurdle we face in life. Not only for ourselves, but for our parents, family, and friends. We become a new addition to the family. At the same time, it means another mouth to feed, clothes, diapers, and toys to buy, and seemingly endless nights of sleepless nights. But this is the sacrifice we make for LOVE.

For love is the real reason we were born at all. Since we were created by a loving GOD, we become his end result of love and of his miracle of life. Our intention is to share our inner passion, thoughts, and positive actions with others. We were meant to support and love one another unconditional, regardless of race, gender, class, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other aspects of what we look like or where we come from.

We are ONE!

But along the journey of LIFE, we sometimes get lost and forget who we are. Things like failure, status, and especially our ego get in the way. We lose track of the real reason for our existence, especially when our PLAN goes wrong and we don’t accept God’s plan.

It is also imperative that we NOT allow other’s negative perceptions of you to dis-empower or define YOU. Some people will only see you for what you do, but those people don’t know what you KNOW. We are hear to grow, share, love and magnify our human experience.

I can’t think of a better way to GROW than by simply living a life of GRATITUDE. When you have an “attitude of gratitude “, life becomes so special and exciting at the same time. You start to notice more things around you, big and small. Your conversations have more meaning as you start to express your deeper inner thoughts while being more true to your authentic self. Gratitude is the essential ingredient that will lead you toward the road to happiness.

God has given each one of us an ASSIGNMENT to complete along with the special gifts to complete this task. These may include: intelligence, athletic ability or artistic skills to name a few. It is our job to recognize this and act accordingly.

We come into this world with nothing and leave the same way. Our human experience is a temporary universe that we borrow until it is time to return to our spiritual body. What we see, hear, touch, smell, and taste are just thoughts that are created in our minds.

The point is that we need to create less negative energy and focus on the things that really matter: EXPERIENCES and RELATIONSHIPS. Realize the journey will be a roller coaster, full of ups and downs like: Anger, Contempt, Fear, Disgust, Happiness, Sadness and Surprise. But we can control how we allow our emotions to determine how we wish to experience each moment.

Life is a gift. The greatest exit would be to look back at your life and say to yourself, “it was a great ride”.
